The office is open for appointments during our hours of operation; phones are answered from open to close during business days. If you call after hours, please leave a detailed message on our answering machine and your call will be returned the next business day. We are closed for most major holidays. Follow-up appointments are generally scheduled in advance. Same day appointments are not guaranteed, but may be available.
Remember to see the front desk staff to check-in before being treated with Dr. Hough and also to check-out before leaving the office.
In order to honor all scheduled appointments, we ask that you have a scheduled appointment for services. We ask that you call in advance to make your appointment. This is to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our patients.
Cancellation & Failed Appointment Policy
As a patient in our office, it is your responsibility to keep your scheduled appointments. The office requires that all appointment cancellations be received 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel the appointment in 24 hours will be considered a failed appointment.
In order to continue to provide prompt attention to all of our scheduled patients, it is necessary to have a late arrival policy. The office will consider it a failed appointment at any time a patient has failed to arrive within 15 minutes of their appointment time. If a patient arrives 15 minutes or more late, they may be asked to reschedule and the appointment will be considered a late cancellation and will be marked as a failed appointment. Three failed appointments in a calendar year will result in a $25 fee.
